Update / Review Form
Our web hosting provider made a series of software
and security changes on September 12, 2006. Since that date,
unknown to us, TDS forms acted like they worked from the submitters point
of view, responding with the information submitted. However, the
formMail.cgi program we use did not send the form data to the proper email
address, or the email was somehow blocked.
TDS submissions have temporarily been suspended until we can get the
problem resolved.
